The skill, creativity, organization, and professionalism Hayley has brought to our team is unmatched. The Vibe team is so fortunate to have Miss Hayley leading both our instructors and dancers alike!

Ryan Rouillard | Owner

Co-owner, Director of Business Operations, and dance mom!

Ryan is the ultimate super woman! There is no better person to rise to the occasion when it comes to beating a challenge. With Ryan on the team, Vibe by Emerald will always have only the best energy.

Megan Rajner | Owner

Co-owner with an eye for design.

Megan is an architect by trade, and as such is trained to design creatively, to understand business, and to find areas of improvement. This mindset is sure to encourage growth of the studio as a whole, and maintain alignment with both former NVM and future Vibe goals.

Zach Downing | Owner

Co-owner, investor, and biggest team supporter.

While a contractor by trade, Zach is always eager to support passion and drive. He has become such an influential part of our team, and is excited to be a part of the Vibe dance + fitness community.

Miss Alexis

Hey everyone! My name is Alexis and I’m a hip hop instructor here at Vibe by Emerald. I’ve been a dancer my whole life, so I decided to turn it into my livelihood. A fun fact about myself is that I used to model for a few years when I was younger!

Miss Keegan

Hi! My name is Keegan and I am a dancer, teacher and choreographer from Shrewsbury. I am a Company Member with Bosoma Dance Company under the direction of Katherine Hooper. I am currently teaching at four local studios. My passion for expression, creativity, and allowing myself to be vulnerable has paved the way for a life involved in dance and the performing arts - a passion that I pass on to the younger generations of dancers. A fun fact about me is that I am a triplet!

Miss Annie

Hi, my name is Annie and I’m a Clinton native who has grown up in the town my whole life. I currently teach Preschool at the Clinton Elementary School and I’m excited to start my time teaching dance at Vibe! I have been dancing for 20 years, including majoring in Visual and Performing Arts with a concentration in Dance at Stonehill College. A fun fact about me is I have a dog named Emmy!

Miss Cali

Hi, my name is Cali! I grew up dancing in Worcester from the age of 3 studying ballet, jazz, lyrical and contemporary with many overall awards to go along with it. I continued my dance career at Stonehill College as a member of the D1 dance team focusing on Jazz and Pom. I am so excited to join the Vibe team and share my passion with my students.

Miss Jasmine

Hi I’m Jasmine! I have been dancing since the age of three, competitively for 6, and teaching for 5 years. I received a degree in dance theatre from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy. After an old injury made itself known I switched my studies to become a Physical Therapy Assistant that specializes in dancers and has a passion for hip health! A fun fact about me is that I have 2 dogs, one is named Ghost and the other is Albus! 

Miss Pam

Hi, my name is Pam! I have been teaching dance for 25 years, including ages from 3 to adult and styles including jazz, ballet, lyrical, tap, jazz/hip hop and even some contemporary! I have been dancing myself for 45 years. I love to teach dance but I also love dancing myself. When I am not teaching during the summer I am continuing to choreograph and perform for a dance company! A fun fact about me is that I absolutely love musicals! 

Miss Emily

Hi! My name is Emily! I am 25 years old and I am so excited about teaching acro classes this year. I grew up dancing, cheerleading, and doing gymnastics. I love being able to express myself through choreography and I look forward to connecting with others who share the same passion. I have a teaching background and working with children comes naturally to me. Some of my favorite things are hiking, vacationing with my family and friends in Maine, going to concerts and trying out new restaurants! I look forward to meeting you all soon and learning more about each other! 

Miss Belle

Hi everyone! My name is Belle! I have done cheerleading and gymnastics since I was 3 years old, have previously taught tumbling classes before coming to Vibe, and I love working with kids in sports! I graduated from Clinton High School in 2022. I am very excited for teaching more Acro and tumbling classes this season! A fun fact about me is my favorite color is pink!
